Romantic Villa and Apartment in Mt. Irvine

The villa is beautifully located in a secured park/garden area, only a 10 minutes walk away from the Mt. Irvine Beach.

There is room for 8-10 persons and the building is divided in 3 floors.

On the ground floor is a private and spacious nicely furnished one bedroom apartment with AC, bathroom and washroom, a big living room area (comfortable convertible sofa) with integrated kitchen and a big private porch in front.

The second floor is built in the open plain style with one huge lovely furnished living room area (comfortable convertible sofa), fully furnished kitchen and sitting area, TV, radio, and a bathroom.

On the upper floor are three nice spacious bedrooms with AC and fans, each with an own bathroom. All around the living room area there is a big furnished porch with hammocks to sit and relax. Next to the bedrooms there is a second separate porch equipped with a big grill for BBQ and private chats.

The house provides a washroom with washing machine and dryer and private Jacuzzi to relax.

The villa is located together with 4 other villas in a big cool garden/park area and all share a big nice pool.

A housekeeper will come six times a week who will also prepare meals on request e.g. for 4 persons US$ 18.- for a meal, for 6-8 persons US$ 22.- (shopping not included). If you wish you can also order a meal which will be served after your arrival.
