3 storied villa, colonial style, light and airy, lovely furnished, for a maximum of 8 guests.
Villa can be booked with 2 – 4 bedrooms, rates according to number of guests.
Ground floor with open plan living/dining room area, cable TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, built in oven and hob, toaster and coffee machine.
The owner, (an excellent cook!) will be happy to prepare your breakfast on request, tropical fruits included.
On the 1st and 2nd floor 4 spacious bedrooms with own bathroom each, (hot and cold water), walk-in closet and fan.
Bedrooms on the 1st floor with one queen size bed each, on the 2nd floor 1 double bed and 2 single beds, balcony each with a fantastic view.
The ground floor opens onto a generous veranda and the huge tropical garden with a little pond, adjoining the tropical forest.
The location is idyllic and quiet, ideal to dream and to relax. Only 5 minutes by car to Mt. Irvine Beach, 10 minutes to the capital and 20 minutes to the airport. Rental car is recommended.
The owner lives right next door and will be there for your assistance. 3-4 very friendly, “well taken care of” dogs belong to the villa and will faithfully provide your security.

RATES PER NIGHT
Breakfast US$ 4.50 per person. Children under 3 years free, children under 13 years half price. Bookings for 3 weeks: 3rd week 25% discount on ALL rates
